Original owner is a mature professional adult. Non-smoker. Accident free. Garage kept from 2003 to 2017. New starter motor.New driver side seat belt buckle.New battery.New left drive shaft.New rear brake calipers, pads, and rotors. New front brake calipers and like new front pads and rotors. Like new Continental ExtremeContact DWS-06 all-season tires. Recently rotated. Front 9/32nd and rear 8/32nd(new are 10/32nd). Hidden Hitch trailer hitch. The car never towed anything. The trailer hitch was for a bike rack. Good condition according to Kelley Blue Book questionnaire. Minor issues: typical body rust around the base of left rear wheel well(see photo) and the under-body. Bulbs behind three HVAC knobs(see photos). Most maintenance services were performed before factory recommended intervals. Full service records are included. A few highlights:Acura A-Spec suspension installed at 150,585 miles has a firmer/sportier ride. Energy Suspension polyurethane control arm bushings at 130,613 miles. Progress Technology anti-sway bars at 57,036 reduce body roll.Amsoil 0w-20 full synthetic engine oil from 10,204 to 118,195 miles and Mobil1 0w-20 full synthetic since then.Honda transmission oil replaced with Redline MTL at 101,222 miles, and Amsoil Synchromesh at 168,756.Heat shield covering the Catalytic Converter rusted, rattled, and was removed so do not park in tall dry grass.Glad to answer any questions you may have. The first few pictures were taken months ago after washing the car on a clear sunny day. The appearance and condition have not changed since then. The last few pictures (engine bay, wheel well rust, and dash board) were taken recently. Here's additional information and answers to questions I've been asked: Brake system was recently bled during the brake hardware replacement. It also has a new battery. Knock sensor replaced at 194,485 on 2-8-2017. Valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, and nut grommets replaced at 193,476 on 12-17-2016. Transmission oil, coolant("antifreeze") and power steering fluid were all done at 168,756 on 2-8-2015. NGK spark plugs at 160,085 on 9-15-2014. Outer steering tie rod ends at 150,585 on 3-10-2014. Accessory belt & tensioner at 148,353 on 1-21-2014. I checked valve lash around 100,000 and all were in spec. I've used quality synthetic oils (Amsoil arguably being one of the best) and the engine still runs great so I'm not concerned about timing chain wear. The body was waxed annually using Meguiars. There are areas of rust underneath as you'd expect from an almost 16 year old car in central PA so it's something that'll need to be addressed at some point in the future. It was garage kept for most of it's life so it wasn't exposed to the nightly rise in humidity. A few times during/after winter I'd feed quarters into the pressure washer and rinse the underside and wheel wheels. The A-spec suspension is an option/upgrade from Acura. It has a higher spring rate with matching dampers resulting in a firmer sportier ride. Not as hard as aftermarket coilovers. Not as soft as stock suspension. I still drive it around town a few times per week to keep parts moving and fluids flowing. Last summer we drove it to Baltimore for our vacation flight out of BWI. No concerns about breaking down and missing our flight. Sometimes take it on shorter weekend trips in PA visiting family or friends. Streching out its legs you might say. Last week I drove it 100 miles one-way to/from the nearest Acrua dealership to have the drivers side seatbelt buckle replaced under warranty. This week I drove it to work when temps were in single digits. As far as I can tell the clutch and transmission are both in good condition. They're both original. I've owned/driven nothing but Honda/Acura manual transmission for 33 years and never had a drivetrain issue. I attribute that to their engineering/design/assembly, my driving habits, and maintenance fluids/parts/practices. I only use the clutch to change gears. I fully depress the pedal to the floor past the point of engagement and match engine revs while releasing. I do not use the clutch to transfer power (ie: no clutch dump stoplight drag racing). I also do not engine brake to slow the car. Brake pads and rotors are designed for that purpose and they cost much less than replacing a clutch or transmission. When stopped at an intersection or in traffic I never hold the clutch in while waiting. It's also my habit to drive gently until the engine has been running at operating temp for a few minutes. I don't record when I change things like tires and wiper blades. I'd switch between summer tires and winters every Spring and Fall. I put all-seasons on it knowing I'd be selling the car in the near future after reaching 200K. I'd say there's less than 5,000 miles on the tires. Regular use of RedLine SI-1 fuel system cleaner and in recent years it's been a bottle of Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner immediately after the bi-annual oil change. It doesn't burn or leak oil. The picture is from last month before I changed the oil. Has Acura RSX all-weather floor mats in front. Alpine stereo head unit and Polk Audio speakers front and rear. The stock head unit and sway bars were kept and are included if buyer wants them. One set of key+fob has 16 years of wear and tear. The second set of key+fob is pristine and has never been used. The valet key is also included. The moonroof was rarely opened - you could count on one hand the number of times I'd open it every year.
